It’s normal and Natural for us not to be drawn to the same things, so try to understand and respect his position — but in turn, ask him to do the same for you.
It’s really hard to embark on a journey of growth and transformation without the support of those closest to you, but it’s also hard for them to see you change so much, because they’re terrified of losing you.
The best, most loving way to reassure him is to let him in and keep him close.
