What are 3-5 things you most appreciate about me?

Can you think of a specific situation when my guidance or advice helped you deal with an unpleasant situation, solve a problem, or just made you feel better? Is there anything you would like to share about that?

If someone was considering working with me, which characteristics of mine would you point out that would help them decide whether we’re a good fit?
(The goal is not to convince them at any cause, you may also say something along the lines of “if you hate animals, don’t work with Aja, because she’ll hate you”

Is there anything else you’d like to add?
