The LIMITATIONS are falling away
Your current experience of Life is much like that of a hamster: you’re trapped on a spinning wheel and it’s making you sick, but you have no idea how to get off it. You feel overwhelmed by life itself and pulled into a thousand different directions, which makes it impossible for you to be present with anything.
You have no time for yourself, or any of the other things that matter, and the day-to-day stress is beginning to take a toll on your health, but you feel helpless about it because life just keeps running over all your good intentions.
Here’s what I need you to know: none of it is your fault. All you ever wanted, and all you still want, is to do the right thing. To make life work. To make sure everyone is happy and healthy. And the only reason you feel like you’re failing is because the right things you’re pursuing are not the right things for You.
Deep down, you already know that. But it goes against everything you’ve been taught, against everything you’ve been programed with, so you’re trying to resist it. That resistance is what’s causing all the pain you’re currently in: the stress, the feeling of helplessness, the exhaustion, the heath issues… And the fear. Yes, the fear of what would happen if you just allowed yourself to jump off that spinning wheel.
See, whether you’ve already acknowledged it or not—you, my Beautiful, are awakening. Awakening to the realization that all these things that you’ve been trying so hard to build and maintain, are not what your Life was truly supposed to be.
You’re awakening to your true Self. And that might sound great, but the truth is, it’s without doubt the most challenging part of your journey here on Earth, because it requires you to let go of everything that is familiar and courageously venture into the new Life that awaits.
Of course, this is not new to you. You’ve been rethinking your reality and questioning the things you have always regarded as unquestionable for quite some time now. You know this current arrangement is not sustainable in the long run. You know you can’t, nor are you willing to, put up with all this stress and tension until you retire—because honestly, at this rate, you might not even make it there. Right now, you’re trapped in your day-to-day survival mode, and you can’t really see a way out of it.
However, you also have a pretty good idea of what a different Life would look like for you. You know exactly what you’d aspire to in your Life if you didn’t feel your capacity to achieve it was so limited—be it lack of time, money, energy, knowledge; whatever you feel is holding you back.
The trouble is that at the stage of the journey you are currently at, knowing something and not doing anything about it becomes unbearable. In fact, everything about your life might feel more or less unbearable right now, but you just can’t seem to do anything about it. And it’s not ideas that you’re lacking; it’ the resources. Or at least that’s what you believe.
See, your journey up until this point consisted of overcoming the level or unconscious incompetence and becoming consciously incompetent—and that’s a place where most people get stuck, because it’s frighting and overwhelming to realize just how much you still have to learn and to grow before you’ll get to where you desire to be.
But the only way to make it to the next level of conscious competence, which is where you take responsibility for your own Life and begin to design it in a way that right for you, is to keep on taking scary, uncomfortable action. It’s the only way for that growth and learning to take place in an embodied way. You can read all the books and know all the theory, but without your willingness to take what you have learnt so far and take action on it, your life cannot change.
At this point, you have to start doing things differently, get out of the familiar confines of your comfort zone, face your fears and put some effort into what you now know to be theoretically possible, but have not actually experienced it.
Because without the experience, what good does knowing about something do you? How much sense would it make to read books and watch shows about how to bake the best chocolate cake in the whole wide world without ever actually attempting to make it? Yes, you might end up making a royal mess of your kitchen the first time around. In fact, you might mess up repeatedly. But are you really willing to go on your whole life dreaming about that cake while eating dry bread and doing nothing about it?
On that note, here we go:
Action Steps
KNOW YOUR TRUTH
As you work your way closer and closer to who you truly are, certain things that might have appeared to work for you thus far will work no longer, and you will no longer be neither willing nor able to keep them up. In fact, you are probably feeling like that right now about at least one aspect of your life, but you do not know what to do about it. There is a certain fear keeping you tied to your currently reality, while your heart is seemingly already living a dream life of its own.
And while it is often frustrating when you are not seeing any of it reflected in your material reality, that dream life is your compass. Its pointing you towards where you were truly meant to go, showing you who you were truly meant to be.
See, dreams are true, much truer than our “objective” material reality, because in your dreams, you know your Truth. And that is crucial in order for you to let go of what has been holding you back and move on with your life in a direction that is aligned with your Soul’s purpose.
Get very clear on what your Truth is. Write it down, put it on a vision board, make a mind movie of it, and make sure you revisit that dream as often as you can, getting fully immersed in what it feels like to have it materialized. And in “real” life, go after whatever feels like how you are feeling when you are in that dream, and start letting go of everything that doesn’t.
GRATITUDE JOURNAL
This step is just as easy and straightforward as it sounds. At the stage of the journey you are currently at, awaking to the infinite possibilities you have available to you, you might often find yourself feeling frustrated because you do not see all these possibilities actually materializing, or at least not quite as fast as you would like them to.
That makes it easy to neglect all the beautiful things that are already available to you, here, now, and always, which puts you into a state of being that is entirely at odds with who you truly are and what you are trying to create as your Life. Instead of radiating abundance, focusing on what you are lacking inevitably creates more lack.
To make sure you remain energetically congruent and keep attracting the right things, people and circumstances into your life, there is nothing you could do that is quite as powerful as consciously practicing gratitude.
May gratitude be the first thing you feel when you open your eyes in the morning, and the last one you feel when you close them again in the evening.
Therefore, grab a journal or a notebook, and make a habit out of writing down every single thing you are grateful for in your life on a daily basis, be it the people you love, the experience you’ve had, or merely just the fact that you are alive right now. Remember—

TUNE INTO YOUR BODY
As you begin to liberate yourself form your perceived limitations and following your Truth, that also opens up a whole new dimension relationship with and to your body.
On one hand, your body is what is seemingly keeping you trapped in a material reality that is now turning out to be not quite as material as you were taught to believe it was. On the other hand, it is also probably the fastest way to get in touch with your true Self.
Spending a few minutes tuning into your body will give you more clarity, more Knowing that reading a book or taking this quiz ever could. Because the truth is, you already know everything you need to know.
Now, everyone has a different way of tuning into their body, but some of the most common techniques include breathwork, body-scanning or a combination of both.
Summing up:
It's time, beautiful. You have made it past the point where theory was enough. You are already so close to everything you have always dreamt of, but you still have to let go of all the fears and limiting beliefs that have been keeping you stuck and wondering how you might ever get there.
Your Truth is all that really matters.
