To begin crafting your new morning routine, we will break the body basics down into three different categories, the first one being the non-negotiables.

The “Optimals” are certain fragments of your newly developing routine that you will most likely begin tapping into by the end of week one, when you already have more that 10 or 15 minutes available for your new routine, and before beginning to add the MIND and the SOUL elements in weeks 3 and 4.

I never was what you might call a morning person. Even as a child, I never ever woke my parents up too early on a weekend. Rather, they would often come in around noon to check if I was still breathing. There is actually a video of me asleep on the toilet after they had woken me up for kindergarten.Anyway, fast forward a few decades, there is honestly nothing I appreciate more that my mornings. I genuinely love waking up when the world is still asleep, and those magical hours (or sometimes minutes) of peace and quiet make all the difference in my life.It didn’t just happen, though. This course is based on a process I used to make my mornings Magical, and I hope it does the same for yours.
