Lesson 2: Cosmic Cycles

Okay, welcome to lesson 3!

Now we’re done with the down-to-Earth stuff, and we’re turning towards Father Sky for some additional guidance.

The thing is, Mother Earth has all the answers when it comes to our Bodies, and her Wisdom runs much deeper than the superficial stuff.

But ultimately, we’re not our bodies. We are energy, a Soul, having an embodied experience here in planet Earth. So there is a part of us, the intangible one, that belongs out there, into the great unknown.

Let me ask you: Do you ever feel weirdly nostalgic when you look at the night sky full of starts? Well, there you have it.

Your Soul Path is written in the stars.
Meaning, the reason you’re here on Earth right now, your Purpose, your Mission, that which will fulfill you and finally make you feel complete - all of that can be revealed to you through the Cosmic Cycles.

That said, I’m not deterministic. I believe that in any given moment, we’re free to make a choice. It’s just that perhaps, those choices are guided by something greater than what we like call free will.

This can turn into quite a debate. It’s a wonderful debate to have, I suggest you start it with someone, you know, as an alternative to what was on the news last night - but I won’t get onto that here.

Again, it doesn’t really matter what you believe.

When you begin to explore these Cosmic Cycles, you’ll find them to be eerily accurate, and when you begin to allow then to guide you… Your Life will start unfolding in some pretty Magical ways. You know, it’s about choosing what makes your life easier, better, kinder - not about what might be true or who is right, That’s the old paradigm. In the new one, no one cares.

Ok, so now let’s break these Cosmic Cycles down into something that we can wrap our heads around, since we can’t really see them, and we only experience them energetically.

Generally, there are 3 types of Cosmic Cycles:

Regular:

the periodic movement of planets and constellations that is related to the Earthy Cycles. Most obvious example: Astrological Seasons - the entry of the Sun into each of the 4 cardinal signs of the zodiac begin each of the four Earthly Seasons: Aries - Cancer - Virgo - Capricorn.

During each Earthly season, we move through 3 Astrological Seasons, and each of them comes with an entirely different energy. Every season comes with an invitation to evolve into more of who you are. The energetic shifts between them are abrupt, which is intentional; they’re like a roadmap to follow if you want the fastest results and optimal growth. Biodynamic farmers get that!

These are ore than enough to start with, but if you want some extra ooomph, there are also the Gene Keys (or Gates in Human Design). These shift every 5 days or so, and give you a different shadow to transform into a gift.

Periodic:

Periodic Cosmic Cycles are planetary transits that occur sporadically. They’re still Cycles, because they’re entirely predictable hundreds of years in advance, but we don’t need to track them. It’s just useful to be aware of the big transits, because of the changes they cause in the collective energy.

For instance, Pluto moved into Aquarius in 2024 after 16 years in Capricorn, and he’s staying here for the next 20 years - that’s a big shift in collective consciousness.

And that’s what these first two have in common: they’re a collective experience, we all go through them.

The third category here are the

Personal:

Personal Cosmic Cycles are those that are entirely unique to you, because they’re based on your unique energetic profile and are a result of how the collective shifts interact with you, personally.

What’s your unique energetic profile? Basically, it’s a sum total of all that you are (as a result of all that you ever have been).

Some of the wonderful ways to begin to uncover the hidden, forgotten parts of you are your birth chart, your Human Design and your Gene Keys., and I’ll give you some resources to start dipping your toes into these if you’re not familiar with them.

A birth chart is like a blueprint of your entire existence, past and present. The first time I had my birth chart explained to me, I just sat there with my mouth open.

It’s actually a cool story about how Magically Life unfolds when you act from complete Alignment and let go of expectations - upi can listen to it in the video.

Your Human Design is your unique energetic signature. It’s a mixture of astrology, the I Ching, the Kabbalah, the chakra system, and quantum physics, and it basically tells you how to function in this life, externally, in a way that is optimal for you. It’s a complex system, developed by Ra Uru Hu back in 1987, after he’s had a mystical experience. At the ost basic level, it tells you your energy type and your authority, so that you know exactly how you are meant to create your Life, and how your Souls speaks to you.

I first came across Human Design during my first and only plant medicine retreat. That’s a really cool story too, but I’ll save it for another time. The point is, I was really drawn to it, and I wanted to know more, so I downloaded an app that I’ll link here for you. I was sitting in my garden the first time I listened to my whole profile being read to me, with tears of relief pouring down my face, because for the first time in my life, I realized there was nothing wrong with me.

The Gene Keys, in my experience, are more of an internal exploration. A contemplative journey of self-discovery & unlocking of your Highest Potential. They were channeled by Richard Rudd, who was one of Ra Uro Hu’s early students. It’s heavily based on the I Ching, and the main idea is that each of us has a unique combination of 11 Gene Keys active within us - out of 64 total - , and they compose this map for our Life, called The Golden Path. It also interplays with astrology, because each of these Gene Keys is active for about 5 days, and we all go through all 64 of them every year.

What I like to to with these is to look at all of them for big, clear common traits and patterns, and perhaps throw some numerology in there just to make sure it all clicks.

Because one of them being right could be a coincidence… But when so many different knowledge systems are telling you the same thing, and it feels like they’re reading your Soul… There’s something to it!

With that said, these systems sort of build up, so if it’s all new to you, start with astrology, and gradually add the rest, otherwise you’ll be completely overwhelmed, because all of them are huge.

With these resources, you’ll step even further into your true Nature, and you’ll unlock a whole new level of the Cyclical Time Paradigm, because you will also begin to understand your own cycles and timelines.

But for now, what I really want you to understand right now is that you are unique. There never was and never will be anyone that looks, walks, talks, thinks, feels or laughs just like you do.

Meaning?

You’re here for a reason! You DO have a Purpose to serve. Each of us does, and that’s why we’re truly here on Earth, as these embodied Souls.

And really? You sort of owe it to this world to get out of your head and your time-stressed stories about how you, of all people, can’t change your Life of live your Purpose because YOU DON’T HAVE THE TIME.

When you start making the changes we talked about in this training, and activating your Cyclical Time Paradigm, time will stretch to accommodate your self-discovery journey, and the more it does, the clearer your Purpose becomes, and the more empowered you are to live it.

See, I got you here so that you could get your time and your sanity back… But the truth is, once you get started on this path, there is no turning back - and always more Magic to be uncovered.
