Welcome to lesson 2!
I have a lot to cover here, so let’s get right to it:
You ARE Nature.
Your body is of the Earth. It came from the Earth and it will return there once your Soul decides it’s time for another journey.
When is say this - it makes no difference whether you believe in reincarnation. I choose to believe it, because it’s the more empowering belief to hold, and since nobody knows the whole Truth anyway, and you are free to believe whatever you want, why wouldn't you choose to believe in something that eliminates the fear? Besides, I actually remember some of my previous lives. It could just be my imagination, yes, but again - I’m free to believe whatever I choose to.
Anyway, for this lesson, it makes no difference what you believe.
We’re staying grounded and down-to-Earth.
Without going into too much detail, we need to enter into this discussion with an understanding that, in order for us, human beings, to function optimally, so to be healthy and happy and inspired and empowered to live our Life the way we actually want to live it, we NEED connection to the Earth.
Our ancestors have known that since forever, and now our modern science is finally starting to catch on.
I don’t have to go into studies and proof here, you’ll get more of that in one google search than you could possibly read through in an entire lifetime, so if you feel like you need more convincing, please, go do that.
If not, let’s just agree to agree that a more Natural way of living is the way for us to get ourselves out of this mess that we have gotten ourselves into.
I often say that our disconnection from Nature is the root cause of every problem that humanity currently has, and I’m not even exaggerating, though I like to to that sometimes just for the dramatic effect - I am a Leo rising.
Just look at what happened to the world we live in in the last, say, 50 years. That’s not even a lifetime. Our ancestors have lived in complete alignment with the Natural Cycles since the beginning of time, because yes, they didn't have a choice, but also - that’s how we were built to function!
And now? It’s all screens in closed confinements, radiation, artificial environments, fake light, fake food, fake bodies, fake relationships, fake lives. We don’t even know what we’re doing to ourselves and what effect it could have on the long run, because no human has ever done this to himself. Ever. We’re test bunnies of the technological revolution.
But we can see new dis-eases emerging. We can see our health failing. We can see the damage our way of living is doing to this planet.
And the only way to stop this madness is return to what has always been Natural to us - at least as much as we possibly can.
So much for the intro. Now:
HOW do we do that?
In the rest of this lesson, I’ll walk you through the basics of my Natural Alignment framework, to give you an understanding of how you were built to function.
Because once you know it, you can't un-know it. It changes your perception forever, and it changes the choices you’ll be making from now on, because you finally understand their implications.
So, I’ll give you ideas as the the specific changes that you can implement, but that’s not the point. Me giving you a list and you sticking to it - that would be the old paradigm. Besides, you have google, and chat gpt, and a bunch of gurus out there, all more then willing to give advice.
What I want to give you is a deeper understanding - an understanding that there’s only one authority you should ever listen to: - it’s not me - it’s YOU. Your body.
And there’s only one teacher worth learning from - no, not me - Mother Earth.
So it’s not my job to tell you WHAT to do. My job is to teach you how you can learn to hear yourself again, and to trust that, because for you, that’s the only Path to the life you desire. And it’s different from everyone else’s, because you are entirely unique.
Now, without any further ado, here are the main Natural Cycles, along with the visual representation of how they all overlap and interact. We can’t get into all of this now, but we’ll cover most of it.
So, Earthly Cycles - that we can observe from and experience on Earth - from the shortest to the longest:
- Day & Night - movement of the Sun,
- Week - breaking the lunar cycle, each day is ruled by a different planet - I’ll leave that out
- Moon Cycle - the natural equivalent of a month
- Menstrual Cycle - connected to the moon - get the book
- Seasons - the most obvious, the best metaphor - hence the seasons wheel
- Life Cycle - archetypes
SEASONS WHEEL
What you see on the wheel is that some of these cycles energetically overlap, and when you look at them this way and draw parallels between them, this wheel can pretty much tell you everything you need to know about Natural Alignment
Example: Winter
I like to take winter as an example because that’s the season or the energy where we are furthest from our Natural Way of being.
Winter overlaps with the night, the New Moon, the bleeding phase, old age
In common: a time of rest, inward-focused
But because we’ve demonized rest, we trample all over this Natural Wisdom. We try to be in perpetual inhale, so we push through, and this is where we do the most damage.
We don’t sleep enough during the night
We power through our periods with painkillers
We turn on all the lights to prolong our active hours during winter
Result? We deplete ourselves.
We don’t naturally have the energy to be spending in the outer world during this time, we’re meant to be in introspection, hibernation - study showed that when all artificial factors are removed, people naturally go to sleep soon after sunset and get up when the sun rises.
When we insist on using the energy we don’t have, the only option is to borrow it form our future selves in future cycles, when we do have the energy - but then we deplete our future reserves of energy - and then there’s nothing left. We’re constantly exhausted, even during the tikes when we’re supposed to naturally have a lot of energy. Because we’ve already wasted it in advance.
By the way, that’s exactly what coffee does in your body.
And the worst part?
You waste all that energy for nothing, because in Nature, everything has a divine timing, and you cannot force that!
So you’ll waste all your future supplies of energy trying to force a cherry tree to blossom in the dead of winter, when all you had to do was to chill and wait for spring.
And then Spring comes, you’re exhausted, the cherry tree is fed up, nothing works… Of course, spring can be your morning, waxing moon, follicular phase - all those cycles in which you are naturally meant to blossom. And you will, if you just stop exhausting yourself.
Like, go to bed early enough - ridiculously early - and you’ll get more done the following morning than you normally do in the whole week.
And this, you see, is where we start unlocking the Cyclical Time Paradigm. When you follow diving timing, you will be given more time and more energy to that which is aligned in that moment.
Ok, so spring is easy when you’re not depleted. It’s a rebirth, and awakening after the winter slumber. Start new projects, move vigorously, take a little too much on. In spring, there's nothing you can't do.
Summer is similar, the energy still outward facing, but the energy is taming. We’re after Summer Solstice, so we’re moving back towards the darkness now, the days are long, but getting shorter.
This is the most fertile of seasons, be in actual summer, afternoon, full moon, ovulation of the Mother phase of your Life Cycle. It’s when you naturally produce the most. It’s also a time to of culmination, of harvest and celebration; a time for you to enjoy the sweet fruits of your labor.
See how beautifully all of the metaphors flow together?
And then comes Fall, and after all the hype of the Spring and Summer, all the excitement of the day, all the arousal of your ovulation… It feels like you’re falling, like the leaves from the trees. The light is decreasing, as is your energy, and you turn inwards again as you prepare to die again.
Because that’s what winter is. Every night, every New Moon, every darkness - it’s a death of the old so that new can spring to life in it’s place.
And allowing all of that is what the Cyclical Time Paradigm is all about.
Not going against it. Not pushing through. Not depleting ourselves. Allowing. All of it. Because all of it is Beautiful, and all of it is needed.

Now, here are the 3 tips:
- Mimic the light: use the periods of darkness to retreat and turn inwards. Go to sleep with the sun, not with the clock. If that seems difficult, banish all artificial sources of light after sunset, and you’ll see how soon you’ll be in bed.
- Nourish with Nature: meaning, eat seasonal, local food. Yes, it’s healthier, and carbon footprints and all of that, but what we’re no aware of is that the food carries the energy and the information of the environment that it grew in, so when you eat a mango from Brazil in the middle of winter in Europe, well… Let’s just say it messes up your signals, ok? And don’t even get me started on all the fake food.
- ALWAYS trust your body. It’s the embodiment of Mother Nature, but it’s also how your Souls speaks to you. Not through the mind, that’s Ego. The Soul speaks through your body. Of course, the trouble is that we can’t hear the whispers of our bodies over all this modern life noise - until the bodies start screaming out for help and we silence them with drugs.
But - as we start to make choices to come into more of our Natural Alignment, we also begin to create the conditions in which we can hear ourselves again. And just like the body tells you when you need to pee - it tells you everything else, too.
